Precio justo, falta variedad de comida o platillos un poco muy altos los precios. Coladera de regadera del baño estaba tapada, toallas deshilachadas y percudida. Colchon y cobijas bien.
Bonito hotel con estacionamiento habitaciones 10 en comodidad aunque no en limpieza ahí se quedan en un 8 ya que en lo particular encontré basura inadecuada en una habitación la alberca muy bonita y todo pero sin calefacción y para el clima de puebla no funciona una piscina sin calefacción ya que todo está frío y la ubicación no es tan cercana a la zona centro
La habitación estaba impecable, la cama sumamente cómoda y con todo lo necesario para una estancia placentera. Plancha, burro para planchar, caja fuerte, wifi, cafetera, agua de cortesía, ganchos y muchas toallas. Sin embargo, no me gustó la configuración de la regadera, era un tanto complicada de abrir y cerrar.
Un lugar excepcional para descansar y disfrutar de una excelente gastronomía. Habitaciones cómodas, servicio amable y una cocina deliciosa con ingredientes frescos. Ideal para una escapada relajante. Sin duda, una experiencia que vale la pena repetir. Muy Recomendable

Hotel bem confortável e para a minha visita a Puebla com uma ótima localização! Hotel tem piscina climatizada e academia! Café da manhã simples (nao muitas opções) porém muito bom. No restaurante experimentei umas cemitas e estavam ótimas! Estacionamento gratuito.
Ya conocía sus instalaciones antes de que se llamara Gran Hotel, la atención del personal desde que llegué fue muy cordial y con excelente actitud de servicio! Sus habitaciones no son grandes pero si son bastante cómodas, la relación precio beneficio es la correcta, fui de paseo a ver a mi familia y me gusta quedarme en este hotel.
Very nice hotel! Our room was quiet and comfortable. The gym was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is also convenient—close to Bodega, Starbucks, Toks, and a great chicken shop. The only downside was the shower. The shower head was old and caused water to splash everywhere. Management really needs to replace it.
